Hello, my name is Lamont Perkins, Founder and CEO of Gunns’ Training Academy and Services.

We are a state certified training company offering firearms, security, and safety training, as well as physical security consulting. Our instructors bring extensive experience in Texas law enforcement, SWAT team operations, Army Infantry, military instruction, and law enforcement academy instruction.

Our team’s teaching experience includes TCOLE courses, law enforcement and security firearms training, NRA firearms courses, U.S. LawShield instruction, law enforcement ALERRT training, civilian active shooter response, License to Carry courses, baton use, handcuffing, and law enforcement patrol rifle training.
